STS Personnel focuses on permanent placements of personnel. This division places personnel like middle managers, IT professionals, administrators, secretarial and clerical positions, to name some of the areas.
Our Recruitment Process
We follow a professional recruitment process with the goal of securing the best equity candidates for our clients. Our search always includes taking an in-depth brief from our client about the placement, and we then work together with the client to formulate a feasible recruitment strategy.
Our extensive database and network is used to search for the most suitable candidates, all factors are considered, including subtle attributes that will ensure that recommended candidates would compliment the team, and enhance productivity
Our Personnel team will design and place the advertisement (if required), create a shortlist from the CVs and interview potential candidates using the Targeted Selection Method.
We also ensure that the candidates have the necessary skills for the position, and we test skills like typing, Dictaphone, telephone and computer competencies where relevant.
All candidates undergo a thorough reference, credit and qualification check before being considered for a placement.
Our personnel placement team will assist the client with selecting and interviewing short-listed candidates, negotiating a contract and assisting the successful candidate to move into the new position. We always notify unsuccessful candidates in writing, and follow up on new placements by keeping contact with our clients and successful candidates.
