We interview candidates using the Targeted Selection Methods (TSM), which is an interview strategy that is widely used by leading companies. It is useful because it helps us to remain objective during the selection process. This method helps with evaluating and short-listing candidates.
Our executive placement team will assist the client with selecting and interviewing short-listed candidates, negotiating a contract and assisting the successful candidate to move into the new position.
We always notify unsuccessful candidates in writing, and follow up on new placements by keeping contact with our clients and successful candidates.
