STS Staffing Solutions has an existing database of available personnel that can be deployed to our clients. The candidates on this database have been interviewed and tested.
Unless the client has specific labour requirements, we are usually able to compile a shortlist of candidates from our existing database. This list is presented to the client and the hiring process will be done in accordance with the agreement between the client and STS Staffing Solutions .
Where necessary, credit and reference checks will be conducted.
STS Staffing Solutions will negotiate rates and working conditions with the candidates, and will handle all signed employment contracts.
We provide training according to our clients’ requirements, and our clients know that our candidates are able to perform to the highest standard in the work environment.
How we manage our temporary contracts
Once a contract has been signed with a client, we undertake to appoint a dedicated account executive to manage the account and to develop this new business relationship. We will appoint a site supervisor/manager to handle all performance and discipline issues. The site manager will be readily available at any time when requested by the client. We prefer to have fortnightly meetings with the client and staff to review staff performance.
Poor observance of the Labour related Legislations has serious financial implications on the client and on productivity and profitability. STS Staffing Solutions understands these risks and commits to comply with all the relevant Legislation and to implement sound labour practices by strictly implementing disciplinary measures and grievance procedures to ensure that productivity in the workplace is enhanced and disturbances are minimised.
